Article 2 Citation, commencement and interpretation
In this Order—
-
“the 1995 Act” means the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995; and
-
“commission area” has the same meaning as in section 26(1) of the District Courts (Scotland) Act 1975f1.
