Article 8 Attempts to commit offences etc.I1

(1)
A person who attempts to commit an offence under articles 3 to 6 is guilty of an offence.
(2)
A person who, for the purposes of committing an offence under articles 3 to 6 is in possession of anything capable of being used for committing the offence is guilty of an offence.
