Article 2

In this Order “the deposited map” means the map marked “map referred to in the Inverclyde Enterprise Zones Designation Order 1989”, prepared in duplicate and signed by an Assistant Secretary in the Industry Department for Scotland, Scottish Office, of which one duplicate has been deposited and is available for inspection at the principal offices of Inverclyde District Council at Municipal Buildings, Clyde Square, Greenock and of which the other duplicate has been deposited and is available for inspection at the offices of the Secretary of State at St. Andrew’s House, Edinburgh.
