Article 3

The areas to which the Inverclyde Enterprise Zones Scheme relates, being the sites named as Site No. 1 (Kelburn (Reclamation)), Site No. 2 (Kelburn), Site No. 3 (Gourock Ropeworks), Site No. 4 (Ardgowan Street), Site No. 5 (James Watt Dock/Garvel Island), Site No. 6 (Cartsburn), Site No. 7 (Baker Street), Site No. 8 (East India and Victoria Harbours), Site No. 9 (Larkfield Platform), Site No. 10 (Spango) and Site No. 11 (Faulds), and which are shown on the deposited map and marked accordingly, are hereby designated as enterprise zones with effect from 3rd March 1989.
