Article 4

The said areas are shown delineated in black and coloured pink on the deposited map. The boundaries of the said areas are represented by the outside of the black delineating line.

The period for which the said areas are to remain enterprise zones is a period of 10 years from the date when the designation takes effect.

Inverclyde District Council is hereby designated as the enterprise zone authority for the Inverclyde Enterprise Zones.
