In subsection (5)(d) (duty to consult certain persons in preparing code) for “the Chief Surveillance Commissioner” substitute “ the Investigatory Powers Commissioner ”.
(3)
In subsection (7) omit the definition of “the Chief Surveillance Commissioner”.
