The Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 2013 M1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 14(6)(e), for “the Ionising Radiations Regulations 1999” substitute “ the Ionising Radiations Regulations 2017 ”.

In Schedule 4, Table 1, omit the entry relating to the Ionising Radiations Regulations 1999.
