Paragraph 2 The Employment Rights Act 1996
In section 64(3) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 M1, for “Regulation 24 of the Ionising Radiations Regulations 1999 [SI 1999/3232]” substitute “ Regulation 25 of the Ionising Radiations Regulation 2017 [SI 2017/1075] ”.
