Section 28 Report on operation of ActI1
(1)
Before the end of the period of 4 years beginning with the day after Royal Assent, the Scottish Ministers must publish and lay before the Scottish Parliament a report on the operation of this Act.
(2)
In preparing the report, the Scottish Ministers must consult—
(a)
such relevant authorities listed in the schedule as they consider appropriate, and
(b)
such other persons as they consider appropriate.
