The Council of the Isles of Scilly shall exercise and perform the functions conferred or imposed on district councils by—

  • sections 30, 32 and 88 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982 (provision of aerodromes, byelaws thereat and the detention and sale of aircraft for unpaid charges); and

  • Schedule 4 (Street Trading) of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982.
