In section 105 (interpretation), after the definition of “ill-treatment" insert—
““income-based jobseeker’s allowance” has the same meaning as in the Jobseekers Act 1995;”.
(5)
In paragraph 21(4) of Schedule 2 (person receiving benefit not to be liable to pay contributions), add at the end “or of an income-based jobseeker’s allowance".
