Article 128 Set-off of cross judgments

Where a person has obtained a judgment against another person and that other person has obtained a judgment against him, either may apply to the Office for leave to set off any sums payable under the several judgments.

Upon any such application the set-off may be allowed in accordance with the practice for the time being in force in the High Court.
