Article 146 Application to the Crown

Without prejudice to any Order in Council made under section 53 of the Crown Proceedings Act 1947 1947 c.44 (extension of that Act to Northern Ireland), Articles 3, 73 to 79 and 97 to 105 and Schedule 1 to bind the Crown to the extent necessary to enable the enforcement of the duties imposed on chief officers by virtue of Articles 75 and 101.
