Article 8 Exercise of functions of Office
Northern Ireland
The functions of the Office shall, subject to and in accordance with rules and with directions given by the Lord Chancellor, be exercisable by—
(a)
the Master;
(b)
a Judicial Officer; and
(c)
the Chief Enforcement Officer or any other member of F1staff of the Office.
