Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 103 of the Scotland Act 1998^f1, paragraph 34(1)(c) of Schedule 8 to the Government of Wales Act 1998^f2 and section 82(3)(c) of the Northern Ireland Act 1998^f3 or otherwise in Her vested, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—
