Paragraph 1.1 Application

These rules apply to proceedings in the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council as follows.

Parts I, II and V apply to proceedings under the Scotland Act 1998f1.
(3)
Parts I, III and V apply to proceedings under the Government of Wales Act 1998f2.
(4)
Parts I, IV and V apply to proceedings under the Northern Ireland Act 1998f3.
