Paragraph 5.34 Notice of Hearing etc.

(1)

Once an appeal has been set down it may be called on at any time, possibly at short notice.

(2)

The Registry must be informed as early as possible of the names of counsel briefed.

(3)

Unless otherwise ordered upon application before or at the hearing, only two counsel shall be admitted to be heard on behalf of each party or intervenor.
