Paragraph 5.35 Authorities

At least 7 days before the hearing of the appeal solicitors for all parties should lodge a list or photocopies of the authorities and legislative texts (other than those included in Part I of the appendix) to be cited at the hearing.

Lists should indicate by reference and photocopies by highlighting those particular passages of the authorities and legislative texts on which counsel rely.

Where a case is not reported in the Law Reports or Session Cases, references to or copies of other recognised reports should be provided.
