These Regulations may be cited as the Judicial Discipline (Prescribed Procedures) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 and come into force on 28th August 2008.

These Regulations apply to any complaint, including a complaint made before 28th August 2008 which has not been withdrawn, dismissed or determined.
