for “The nominated judge” substitute “A nominated judge”;

at the end of paragraph (c) delete “and”;

at the end of paragraph (d) substitute the full stop with “; and”; and

after paragraph (d) insert—

“(e)

whether the request made under regulation 29(2) by the subject of the disciplinary proceedings is totally without merit.”.
