in paragraph (2) after “person” insert “who may be adversely affected by its contents”; and

for paragraph (4) substitute—

“(4)

Any representations by the subject of the disciplinary proceedings, or the complainant if the draft report has been disclosed to that person, must be made within 10 business days of the invitation.”.
