Section 5 Pupils Protection and Bankruptcy Acts to apply to accountant.
The provisions of the M1Judicial Factors Act, 1849 . . . F1relating to the accountant of the Court of Session . . . shall, so far as not altered by this Act, apply to the accountant to be appointed in terms of this Act and his successors in office.
