Schedule 2 to the M1Courts Act 1971 shall be amended as follows.

In paragraphs 5, 6, 7 and 8 references to section 19 of that Act shall include references to section 5 and Part II of this Act.

In paragraph 9(1)(a) for “19 of this Act” substitute “ 5 of the Judicial Pensions Act 1981 ”.
(4)
In paragraph 9(1)(b) for “subsection (5) of that section” substitute “ section 19(5) of this Act ”.
