Section 36 Transitory provisions, amendments and repeals.
(1)
Schedules 2 and 3 to this Act (transitory provisions and consequential amendments) shall have effect.

The enactments and instruments specified in Schedule 4 to this Act shall be repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.
