These Regulations make two amendments to the Judicial Pensions (Additional Voluntary Contributions) Regulations 1995 so as to:

(a)

clarify regulation 2.9(2)(b);

(b)

apply the determination of aggregated retirement benefit in regulation 2.12 to those members falling within the scope of regulation 2.2(1)(b).
