Regulation 27 Amendments to the 1995 Regulations

Regulation 4.6 (Manner of making contributions into the JAYS) is amended as follows.

In paragraph (1) after “purchase” insert “pension credits in the form of”.
(3)
In paragraph (2) after “purchase” insert “pension credits in the form of”.
(4)
In paragraph (4) for the words from “subject” to “4.9(1)” substitute “subject to the limit on the level of contributions in regulation 4.9”.
