Regulation 28 Amendments to the 1995 Regulations

In regulation 4.7 (Manner of making contributions into the JASSPS), in paragraph (2), for the words from “subject” to “4.9(2)” substitute “subject to the limit on the level of contributions in regulation 4.9”.
