A scheme advisory board is established.

The scheme advisory board is responsible for providing advice to the Lord Chancellor, at the Lord Chancellor’s request, on the desirability of making changes to this scheme F1and the scheme established by the Judicial Pensions Regulations 2022.

The scheme advisory board may determine its own procedures, subject to the approval of the Lord Chancellor.
