Section 49 Failure to comply with banning orderI1

A person subject to a banning order who fails to comply with any requirement imposed by the order is guilty of an offence.

A person guilty of an offence under subsection (1) is liable on summary conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months, or a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale, or to both.
