Section 57 Dangerous offenders: serious and specified offences

(1)

The paragraph set out in subsection (2) is inserted—

(a)

in Schedule 1 to the Criminal Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 2008 (NI 1) (serious offences) after paragraph 15; and

(b)

in Schedule 2 to that Order (specified offences) after paragraph 15.

(2)

The paragraph is—

“The Criminal Jurisdiction Act 1975 (c. 59)
15A
An offence under section 2 (hi-jacking of vehicles or ships).”.
