The powers of the Probation Board for Northern Ireland include power to make provision for—
(a)
Public Prosecutors to be given assistance in determining whether conditional cautions should be given and which conditions to attach to conditional cautions;
(b)
the supervision and rehabilitation of persons to whom conditional cautions are given.
