In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by paragraphs 14 and 20 of Schedule 2 to the Children and Young Persons Act 1933^f1, as amended by section 17(1) of the Children and Young Persons Act 1963^f2 read with section 12(1) of the Administration of Justice Act 1964^f3, I hereby make the following Order:
