Paragraph 13 Ecological management plan above mean low water levelI1

No part of the authorised development above mean low water level shall commence until a written ecological management plan relating to the land above MLW and reflecting the survey results and ecological mitigation measures included in the environmental statement has been submitted to and approved by the local planning authority after consultation with Natural England.

The ecological management plan shall include an implementation timetable and must be carried out as approved unless otherwise agreed in writing by the local planning authority.
