Work No. 3 – as shown on sheet 1 of the works plans and comprising—
(a)
the improvement of existing highways and the provision of new cycleways, including the realignment of existing highways to facilitate tie-ins to Work No. 1A; and
(b)
the construction of new private means of access as shown on sheet 1 of the rights of way and access plans.
