Paragraph
Work No. 5 – as shown on sheet 2 of the works plans and comprising—
(a)
the construction of new highway comprising carriageway and cycleway to provide access to existing premises including the construction of new private means of access to premises as shown on sheet 2 of the rights of way and access plans; and
(b)
the improvement of existing highways, including realignment, to facilitate tie-ins to the existing highway network and Work No.4 and the construction of new private means of access to premises as shown on sheet 2 of the rights of way and access plans.
