Section 44 Provisions as to inquiries and service of notices.

F1Section 265 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 (which authorises the Secretary of State to hold local inquiries for the purposes of that Act) and section 271 of that Act (which relates to the service of notices) shall apply for the purposes of this Act.
