Section 3 Expenses of the Secretary of State.
Scotland
The expenses of the Secretary of State under this Act, shall, to such amount as the Treasury may sanction, be defrayed out of moneys provided by Parliament, and any sums recovered by or paid to the Secretary of State under this Act shall be paid into the Exchequer.
