If no objection is duly made by F1any such owner, lessee or occupier as aforesaid any such person as is mentioned in paragraph 2(1)(b) or if all objections so made are withdrawn, the Minister may make the order either in the form of the draft or, subject to paragraph 6 of this Schedule, with modifications.
