The Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1985 is amended as follows.

In section 7(2) (interpretation of sections 4 to 6), in the definition of “agricultural lease”, for “or a limited duration tenancy” substitute “ , a limited duration tenancy, a modern limited duration tenancy or a repairing tenancy ”.
