Section 77 Change of use of land forming part of the common goodI1

Section 75 of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 (disposal, etc., of land forming part of the common good) is amended as follows.

In subsection (2), before “dispose” in each place insert “ appropriate or ”.

In subsection (3), before “disposed” insert “ appropriated or ”.
