Paragraph 13 Local Land Charges Act 1975 (c. 76)
In section 10(3)(b)(ii) of the Local Land Charges Act 1975, for “under the Land Registration Act 1925” there is substituted “ in the register of title kept under the Land Registration Act 2002 ”.
In section 10(3)(b)(ii) of the Local Land Charges Act 1975, for “under the Land Registration Act 1925” there is substituted “ in the register of title kept under the Land Registration Act 2002 ”.
