Paragraph 36 Education Act 1996 (c. 56)

In Schedule 7 to the Education Act 1996, in paragraph 11—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (a), for “Land Registration Acts 1925 to 1986” there is substituted “ Land Registration Act 2002 ”, and

(b)

in sub-paragraphs (b) and (c), for “those Acts” there is substituted “ that Act ”.
