Coming into force in accordance with rule 2

The Lord Chancellor, with the advice and assistance of the Rule Committee appointed in pursuance of section 127 of the Land Registration Act 2002^f1, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 1(2), 25(1), 34(2), 70, 126, 127(1) and 128 of, and paragraphs 6 and 8 of Schedule 10 to, that Act and section 32 of, and paragraph 4(4) of Schedule 4 to, the Family Law Act 1996^f2, hereby makes the following rules:
