Article 2 Interpretation

In these Rules—

(1)

“the principal Rules” means the Land Registration Rules 2003^f1, and a reference to a rule by number is a reference to the rule so numbered in the principal Rules unless otherwise stated,

(2)

“the Act” means the Land Registration Act 2002.
