Rule 1 Citation, commencement and extent

These Rules may be cited as the Land Registration (Amendment) Rules 2022 and come into force on the day section 3 of the Economic Crime (Transparency and Enforcement) Act 2022^f1 comes into force.

These Rules extend to England and Wales.
