Section 101 Deduction of titleI1

(1)

Where a person applies to register a deed mentioned in subsection (2), the deed need not deduce title.

(2)

The deed is one validly granted by the unregistered holder of—

(a)

land, or

(b)

a real right in land,

to which the deed relates.
