Section 107 Information and accessI1

(1)

The Scottish Ministers may, by order, make further provision as regards—

(a)

information to be made available by the Keeper and the manner in which it is to be made available,

(b)

access to any register under the management and control of the Keeper.

(2)

In subsection (1)(a), “information” includes information in the form of extracts and certified copies.
