The Lord Chancellor, with the advice and assistance of the Rule Committee appointed in pursuance of section 127 of the Land Registration Act 2002^f1, and with the consent of the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 102 of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:
