Article 4 Amendments to rules other than the principal rules

The definitions of “proper office” in rule 1(2) of the Land Registration (Open Register) Rules 1991f1 and rule 2(1) of the Land Registration (Official Searches) Rules 1993f2 are revoked.
(2)
The following is substituted for the definition of “proper office” in rule 2(1) of the Land Registration (Matrimonial Homes) Rules 1990f3:
““proper office” has the meaning given to it by rule 1(5A) of the Land Registration Rules 1925f4.”
