Article 143 Certificate of inspection of title plan

Where a person has applied under rule 134 for a certificate of inspection of a title plan, on completion of the inspection the registrar must issue a certificate of inspection.

Subject to rule 132(2), the certificate of inspection must be issued by the registrar in Form CI or to like effect.
